Ongoing optimisation for Busch Textilservice

Busch Textilservice is a medium-sized family business based in the heart of Rhineland-Palatinate in Germany. For 60 years now, the company with its approximately 250 employees has been offering customers from the healthcare sector as well as the hotel and catering industry comprehensive solutions in the field of textile supply and laundry processing.

In order to be able to continuously guarantee high economic efficiency and maximum customer satisfaction, it is important for the company to constantly optimise its internal processes and adapt them to the needs of its employees and customers.

And it was precisely against this background that Managing Director René Dauer looked around for a specialist in the field of internal logistics and automation in 2017 – and came across WSP Systems. That was the beginning of a continuous and trusting collaboration. Just this year, a section of the production was equipped with an innovative and customised sorting system. The sorting belts ensure that ergonomics and productivity go hand in hand. This leads to a significant increase in sorting performance.
